MS solitaire collection 'friends leader board' and Xbox 'friends'

i play ms solitaire on my android phone and i too am unable to add friends

it is VERY annoying

Thanks for the reply, but let me address your concern in sending feedback. Microsoft has introduce different products and services for everyone. I would like to confirm if the feedback/idea was added to the Gaming and Xbox category in the Feedback Hub? It seems like you received a response from different team (Windows). If yes, let us try a different way to send your feedback/idea. If this feedback/idea was shared to different department please try to send the same feedback to the right category, please see the steps on how to submit feedback/idea using Feedback Hub below.

Here is a quick guide:

1. Launch Feedback Hub or press Windows icon + F on your keyboard.
   
2. Select in between: Report a Problem or Suggested a feature.
   
3. Next Enter a summary of your feedback/idea and details.
   
4. Select Next and under category please look for Gaming and Xbox. It is the second option among category.
   
5. After select sub category best describe your issue.
   
6. Then, select Next and check for similar concern if available and add more details like screenshot.
   
7. Lastly, agree to the Microsoft agreement and submit.

I'm not making a suggestion nor want to make this feature available to everyone; I have sent this FIX(not idea), to the Feedback Hub, numerous times, as well as sending it to game support,

Support - Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

[My name is ***Removed Info*** – I’m a Senior Program Manager Lead on Windows Feedback, part of the Data and Fundamentals Team that ***Removed Info***], which does no good.



So I keep repeating myself in hopes, someone will eventually understand what I am saying and do something about it, instead of sending CANNED replies.



What I want is [MICROSOFT to FIX the ERROR IN THEIR SOFTWARE, "XBOX 'FRIENDS' IS NOT LINKED to the 'MICROSOFT SOLITAIRE COLLECTION FRIENDS LEADERBOARD"], WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND?

I've texted about this problem a zillion times and nothing has ever been done to fix the LINK between MS solitaire collection 'friends leader board' and Xbox 'friends', they are not talking to each other, Seems there is a simple fix your not implementing and I can't help wondering why that is! Surely someone in the MS software group can fix this, otherwise, we are in a heap of trouble, don't you think??? Mike C
