MS Solitaire Collection friend list is empty

Hi!

It is about week (since beginning of May 2019) when I can't see my rank among my friends and they can't see me as well. It means that friends list contains only one row - player itself. Same time group list and world 100 list has all necessary items and ranks.

I checked xbox application and there is my friend status if she is online and some statistics as well. It means that friend is still there.

What i can do to fix friend list?

Firstly I recommend trying to power cycle your system by holding the power button for about 10 seconds. It sounds like your system is having trouble sending out packages so your stats aren't updating on the server. If ths does not work try resetting your
router. If all eles fails try contacting the games customer sevie and see if they have your rank on the database.

Hi again!

1. It is not related to ability send out statistics because I can see my own and my friends statistics via windows xbox app. Same with my friend.

But I can't see statistics directly from game MS Solitaire Collection. Same time there are 3 tabs like: group, friends and world top 100 ranks. I can see ranks from other tabs.

2. I contacted with MS customer service at 1st and they adviced to ask question here. Even gave direct link to current topic I should create.

As I understood - I must do investigation my own to get some solution MS can use and fix later. Lets start ;-)

Is there any MS Solitaire Collection player who plays with friends daily tournaments and can see ranks among friends on friends tab? If yes, please give language you using with windows?

My 1st suspicions is that issue is related with Windows interface language.

If there are players with similar issue, please contact with MS customer service. So they can took it as multiple repeating issue not issue between 2 players somewhere over world.

This is not a trivial problem! Sharing with friends is an important part of why we participate in the Events.

Unfortunately, every response I have seen from Microsoft seems to dodge the question. The software is BROKEN! It is not all of our machines. It is not something we can fix from our end.

It's disturbing that Microsoft thinks so little of its user base, that it can allow this issue--with many queries--to go unremarked in any meaningful way. I'm losing hope that this will be fixed, and I am close to quitting the game (as are friends who are premium
subscribers).
