Discus and support MS Solitaire Collection and Mahjong both stall when the Bingo ad shows in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; For the past 3 weeks I have been unable to play anything in the Solitaire collection because of the broken ad.     MS Solitaire Collection and Mahjong both stall when the Bingo ad shows


    For the past 3 weeks I have been unable to play anything in the Solitaire collection because of the broken ad.

    Whenever the ad shows up it never plays staying black for far longer than than the expect 15seconds [left it for 15minutes onces, no change] and nothing happens. Clicking on it takes me to the Bingo app page and store entry, making me assume that it is an
    ad for the Bingo app.

    I have gone through every solution offered - restarting, updating where available, uninstalling and reinstalling - all to no avail. Nothing has fixed it.

    As this happens on the first game every day, I was not able to complete Perfect last month.

    I managed to play one game tonight because the ad was for a soon to be released movie, but since that played through, the Bingo linking ad is back and nothing happens.

    This occurs in the Mahjong app also, but not on the Minesweeper or Sudoku apps.

    Microsoft Bingo down again

    I actually cannot connect to ANY of the games today - Bingo, Jackpot, Mahjong, or Solitaire collection. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

    Anybody having trouble with an ad crashing casual games?

    I have one ad (NY-NJ area DCH Academy Honda) that crashes both Mahjong and Solitaire when played in entirety. It hasn't played on Solitaire as often; on Mahjong I have to stop and restart until either another ad plays or no ad plays. In the latter case the
    next challenge will result in that ad playing; the cycle repeats. Closing and reopening the game does not fix the crash; again the cycle continues. Just the one ad.

    Can't Get to Daily Challenge - Solitaire Collection

    This started when I installed the updates for Mahjong and Solitaire Collection on 4/12. No problem before then, no success afterwards. MS needs to roll back the updates until the problem is fixed.

    Same situation. Uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed and the same issue persists. No matter which Daily Challenge is selected, the primary ad will play, let the game begin, and once the challenge is done it will show the "Collect reward" with the smaller
    ad still working, but as soon as you click on the "Collect reward" button, it locks up and will not ever complete and return to the main page. This has been ongoing for a week with no response and seemingly no attempt at resolution. All other MS games I
    play (Minesweeper, Mahjong, Solitaire, etc.) work fine. This issue is specifically with MS Jigsaw.

    It is only bingo here. Solitaire, Sudoku, Minesweeper, Jigsaw and Mahjong working fine. So it can't be the server.

    Get this every time. MS Mahjong and MS Solitaire Collection work fine as does logging into xbox live.
