I am using xbox one s

I connected via USB, nothing happens on the console.

Do I have to install some app, change a preference?

I am not very familiar with the xbox one.

If the device that you're trying to connect to the console is compatible, it should be detected automatically. There's no settings that you have to change or drivers you'll need to manually download.

However, it is required that your system should be running with the latest version. Let's check if there are any updates available for your Xbox One console. See Updating

Hi, that wheel will not work directly with the 360, as has been mentioned you would need an adapter, these were not produced by Microsoft though and may be very difficult to obtain.

I had to return my Sidewinder wheel when Microsoft recalled them due to the power supply bursting into flames.

My advice would be to steer ( pardon the pun ) clear of that wheel and if you can get the official wireless wheel or something that was designed for the 360.
