    MS Promotion Expired


    I had a $10 gift code from MS but I was out of state for thanksgiving break so I didn't have a way to redeem the code by 11/29. I just got back and checked the messages and the code just expired yesterday. I was wondering if I could still redeem the code?

    Xbox Balance Expiry - more like theft.

    Is this the promotional balance that was converted from MS Points?

    We were told that would expire.

    Lost my microsoft points

    In most situations you should not have lost your MS points, however, certain MS points can expire. If you purchased them, they should not expire. The ones that typically expire are the ones that are earned through promotions or through the xbox rewards program.

    I'm afraid offers do expire all the time. Coupons, sales, etc. Codes can be redeemed on the console or on the website. Sorry MS Promotion Expired :(

    I have two different currencies in my Microsoft Account Balance but the both are USD.

    One is likely promotional credit, like you'd get from MS Rewards, that expires,

    The other money is likely money you added which does not expire
