    If you think giving you the SR# would help i will get in contact with support again and see if they could look into my purchase history and licences again...Because the person that i was dealing with before was having issues with their computer system,
    They were having trouble accessing data that far back and the system kept freezing...

  2. Sorry for any confusion, J0ey! The number we're looking for is a reference number that phone or chat support is supposed to supply you for any contact you make with them. If you were not supplied one, you should be able to contact them again to ask for it.
    If they don't see one, you can ask them to check for your licenses again (specifically, you can ask them to check you "entitlements on your Xbox Live account"; that should get them in the right direction if you have issues getting what you need). Then be sure
    to ask for a reference number if they don't see it still, and get back to us with that number.

    Hi Misses Quinzel,

    So since i did not recieve a SR# i got in contact with support and asked for one. They could not provide me with one, So i asked if they could check my licences on my account and they were able to see the game and the license assosiated. A bit confused i
    asked what could be the issue in regards to the game not showing up in my ready to install list.

    Their response was for me to get in contact with the publisher (Bandai Namco) to see if anything could be done on their end. Since all the troubleshooting that was provided did not work. I did call the publisher support number that support gave me and left
    a message. I am currentally awating a response if any from the publisher.

    Hello,

    Since the updates to the forums i have lost ability to access private messages. So i will post here. I am still having issues with MS PAC-MAN the game still does not show up on the Ready to install list. The game shows up as backwards compatiable in My Games
    list on the xbox web page. Yet when i click on it it asks for payment. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.
