MS. PAC-MAN

Hello,

I am currently not seeing Ms. Pac-Man on my ready to install list for my Xbox One. The game is on the backwards compatability list, The game was purchased on 11/27/2012.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I buy for the Xbox 360 Pac man, Ms Pac man, Pac man ce and Pac man Museum but their is not one of this came that have the game for TWO players???

My question is their a game from Pac man or Ms Pac man for TWO players??

are you sure you are signed into Facebook/Facebook app before you try and post thru the game? if you are it could be a BC glitch in the game not allowing it to post? I haven't tried playing the game on BC yet, but I'm sure someone else has tryed this out by now?

Thanks for checking, are you still able to play the game on Xbox 360 without any issues? Let's have you try to Power Cycle the console and see if it shows up in the Ready to Install list then.

I am able to play the game on the Xbox 360 without any issues. I have tried to Power Cycle the Xbox One console with no results. The game does not show up in my ready to install list on the Xbox One.

Let's have you try removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One with the steps on

this page. Once you remove your profile, give another power cycle a try and then add your profile back. If you're still not seeing the game after those steps, please fill out this

If you search for Ms. PAC-MAN on your Xbox One console, are you able to download/install the game from there or does it prompt you to purchase it? Another step you can try is to

factory reset your Xbox One console. (You can choose the option to keep your games and apps.)

Give those a shot and let us know what happens.

When i do a search for Ms.PAC-MAN on my Xbox One console it does prompt me to purchase it. The same issue is happening on the xbox 360. Yet i am still able to download the game to the Xbox 360 from my purchase history and play it.

I have tried to factory reset my console with no luck. I am still unable to see Ms. PAC-MAN in my ready to install list.

phone support directly for further assistance. They can review your purchases and licenses and should be able to assist further.

So I contacted support and they were unable to find the licence for the game. They stated that they only could go as far back as November of 2015 in my purchase history.
