    MS (Modems/Gateways): Not Connecting
    I can't seem to get logged in either. Keeps telling me it can't connect, yet all my other MS games can. Its not my connection, its MS Bingo

    Download the day 1 update ahead of time

    From MS:


    The site was not an alternative way to take the Day One update and customers still need to connect to Xbox Live for the update.
    Because of the complexity of this customer support process we’ve actually removed the page and we will work with customers
    directly to make sure they have a smooth experience.

    How to connect to Xbox Live in X1

    Xbox Live is under DDOS attack at the moment. I'm sure MS will have it solved shortly.

    Pick the support page for your console and follow along as far as you can go, if you are lost on the networking settings for your router / modem give your ISP a call and guide them through the troubleshooting pages, they will help you.

    I have the same issue. The difference is that I have never entered my MS account on my PS5 and accordingly never connected my MS account to my PSN account.



    I contacted PSN support and they answered me that I need to contact MS support because PSN support doesn't have any information about which MS accounts are connected to which PSN accounts when it comes to Minecraft connection to MS account for network gaming.

    So who on the MS side can tell me to which PSN account my MS account was already connected? I am pretty sure this is a glitch because I have never connected my account before yesterday when I got this message.

    Sony will not allow you to change the connected MS account from the first one that was connected. This is their policy and MS has no control over it. You need to ask them to change it.

    huh? Dust was going to link with pc players playing eve, MS would not allow it they wanted it to be contained and not connect to pc like ccp wanted. if MS wouldn't allow them to connect to PC, then they sure as hell won't let them connect to PSN.
