    MS Jigsaw faults / quits when trying to load daily challenge puzzles


    After using this for a few weeks, the app now faults when trying to load various daily challenge puzzles. Dec 22 and 23 daily Jigsaw Jammer fail to load - the app just quits. Other days do the same thing? Why? Where do these apps log events
    in the system log? Now the app is just unusable.

    Microsoft Jigsaw keeps closing when I try to load puzzles or daily challenge - this is a new behavior.

    Have you tried any of the solutions offered in our FAQ, such as the steps related to uninstalling and reinstalling the game?

    Jigsaw still down

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    me too. Happened following a reinstall of Windows 10. Seems to only effect the Daily Challenges and the Events. Additionally, MS Jigsaw daily games won't finish loading.

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.
