Please verify your subscription status by checking if the Deluxe ad-free version is still active. Visit Microsoft Account Services: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and log in with the account you used for the purchase. Confirm that the Mahjong Deluxe subscription is listed and active.

If incase it shows as expired or inactive, it means there is an issue with it's renewal.

And then launch Microsoft Mahjong and look for a Restore Purchases option in the settings or main menu. This feature can resync your account with the Deluxe version. If it doesn’t work, ensure that you are signed into the same Microsoft account used for the subscription.

Next is to clear the app cache instead. To do this, navigate to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Mahjong > Advanced Options and select Reset. This clears temporary data without affecting your saved progress.

It is free on both Xbox One and Windows in some form. However, if you do not have a paid subscription then you have to deal with adds interrupting whatever it is you are listening to. Also, you cannot put entire albums by artist in your library under a
free membership. Finally you are limited to 100 hours of listening a month which with a paid membership it is unlimited. The first month is free and they had year long memberships on sale through MS Store for $50 right before Xmas when they are normally
$100.

It a good game. Very good I might add. But I played it on free 24 hours play. I must paid to played it again.

The game is free and no way to buy it. I am not going to pay for games I don't want.

Most of the gane when they are free alots of addons pop up for that to stop happening u need to buy the game
