    This program ran perfectly earlier this year. In mid July I downloaded an obligatory upgrade, but did not use the program. Since then it does not work always stating that the program is running.

    Enter the name of the game in the Windows bar, right click>application settings and click on ''terminate, repair and reset''

    After clean boot, this will disable some third-party program services that may be causing problems with the game.

    Restart your PC and try to open the game again.

    That's odd. Did you follow the instructions correctly? Clear boot only disables third-party services

    Unfortunately clean boot causes a problem

    It says "Something happened and you PIN isn't working"

    It says to click to set up the pin

    But then nothing happens

    So now I have lost Windows

    Restart your PC and press the f11, f12 or f9 keys to enter recovery mode
