Is the disk you want to use (if external) formatted as NTFS?
May I know which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this issue?

but now am totally stuck on on Decompressing pc-fs-base-bigfiles-0.1.59.fspackage and it just closes the game and nothing else .
