    MS Flight Sim - Data Cap affect graphics quality?


    In the Xbox version of MS Flight Simulator, there is an option in the menus where you can turn on a data cap to limit the amount of bandwith the game uses. If I turn that on and set the limit to 0GB, does the quality of the scenery get worse? As in, lower quality textures, less/missing buildings or landmarks, water effects.. etc.

    the requirements for the sim mean having a minimum connection speed as alot of the maps and data are streamed from the server side, so obviously reducing bandwidth to zero will have a negative impact on the sim.

    No other editions of MS Flight Sim. has been released on the Xbox One series. Currently MS Flight Sim. 2020 is announced for Xbox One, but no release date has been announced yet!

    Why did they downgrade Microsoft flight sim 2020?

    It's the strategy of the Asobo Studio. This stupid studio deceived the gamers and downgraded the game to sell Microsoft Flight Simulator 2022 or whatever. I cannot even believe how the Microsoft directors made such decision.

    You know what? Microsoft Flight Simulator 2022 will have the same graphic with the initial launching of MS Sim 2020.
