    MS Flight Sim 2020 Premium Deluxe Upgrade not installing


    Hi Community,

    I have just bought the MS FS2020 Premium Deluxe upgrade through the Xbox application.

    It says I own the upgraded version, but unfortunately when I press play it is still the Standard version.

    In Microsoft Store, it says I also have the upgrade but is not available for upgrade at this time for some reason?

    Can someone please assist or guide how to install the Premium Deluxe edition which I've bought?

    How can I upgrade from Deluxe to Premium Deluxe in MSFS 2020?

    I agree that charging loyal customers extra for an upgrade after they purchased is pretty garbage of Microsoft.

    I've been flying MS flight sim since VERSION 2.0. Two Point Oh!

    I bought the deluxe when first purchasing msfs, only to find out that instead of charging 30 (119 minus 89) dollars for the difference between the deluxe and premium deluxe, in the marketplace they charge 89 for the premium deluxe upgrade, regardless of what upgrade one has already purchased. So if I want premium deluxe now, ill spend a total of 178 instead of 119. Kind of sham tactics.

    I can and will simply wait until MS decides to change this sham before I purchase any more MS products. Thanks.

    I own Flight Simulator X for PC and keep seeing Flight Simulator 2020 is a free update for PC owners of the game, but I cannot find it

    Flight Sim 2020 was upgraded for the 40th anniversary, which is free to owners of 2020

    No other editions of MS Flight Sim. has been released on the Xbox One series. Currently MS Flight Sim. 2020 is announced for Xbox One, but no release date has been announced yet!

    Worth mentioning are in my xbox app 2 flight simulator icons trying to be installed at 123Gb each. They are stalled with a message "something went wrong"

    The very same app recognises where fs is installed!!

    The basic version and premium deluxe versions. Both stalled. I bought the premium deluxe from the MS store
