MS fix this game please!?

Major fixes needed.

1. MM searches are still very slow.. constant backing out or quiting the game to search in MM.

2. When you finally get a match.. alot of times it freezes, backs you out of a game.

3. After finishing a game that took years to find, the after game stats screen always says "match incomplete".

4. Matchmaking and campaign career stats don't update at all.

5. Partying up with friends makes for super long wait times in lobby.

6. Sometimes the game freezes on the loading screen, which then you'd have to quit out.



Please Microsoft help 343 industries fix this game.. the game itself is awesome. . When it works correctly.

Please fix this

When you're playing games on the Xbox you're using the console to get to that companies gamer server.

For example, Call of Duty is an activision game. Those game servers are managed and controlled by activision, not Xbox.

For lag issues, that typically comes down to your local network or ISP issues.

See if any of these steps help.

The Xbox will use the connection it's getting from your router. Here's a few things to try.

Hard reset the Xbox by holding down the power button on the front of the Xbox for 15 seconds. After the 15 seconds let go of the power button then restart the Xbox.

Try out your games. If that doesn't help, try the steps below.

Power cycle your network by unplugging the power to the modem & router for about 60 seconds. Then plug your router back in and try your game again.

Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > let the Xbox Restart

Try out your games again.

If that doesn't work, I'm guessing you're using a wireless connection to your router.

On your Xbox go to Settings > Network > Network Settings > Forget Wireless Network

Go to Advanced settings > DNS Settings > Manual - Set the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the Secondary as 8.8.4.4

Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > let the Xbox Restart

After the Xbox Restarts go back and reconnect to your Wireless Network and try your game again.

If that fails, consider resetting your router back to defaults.
