    Puzzles not loading after Jigsaw is opened. The "wait" circle cycles endlessly.

    There have been occasional glitches where points were not awarded on completion of a puzzle or I received notification (the fuchsia colored star was not lit) that I had not completed a puzzle when I had. Now, however, I cannot open my puzzles to complete
    them. The situation began, I believe, this last Friday. Has a fix been discovered? I have been disappointed with MS Games since they were changed with MS 10, as they are prone to disappearing mid game. 6/12/2017

    New Puzzle Sets

    I'm challenged by the expert level puzzle sets, but fall asleep on the others like the 'hard' and easier ones. I've completed all the expert levels of the puzzle sets I've downloaded.

    There are no NEW PUZZLE sets available for me to download. Even those which are listed as NEW are ones that I've downloaded in the past, but were eliminated from my list after the cloud issues you experienced several month ago.

    When can I expect 4 or 5 totally new sets?

    puzzle completion

    Unpin the game from the taskbar and start. Then uninstall the game completely. Go in thru Microsoft Store and reinstall the game. You'll have to go into collections and click on the download buttons, but you'll get everything
    back.

    I strongly agree,, but unable to figure out how to get this message to the developers. Specifically, is there a way to keep the puzzle from disappearing on lock and bug challenges so I can complete the puzzle and see the whole picture? Do the developers
    read these questions?

    MS Jigsaw App issue

    I can log into it and other MS (Arkadium) games withiut issue. Its when its downloaded the puzzle and then the screen goes black, which in other games signifies the loading of an advert, then the game quits. I can log in and manouver within the game fine,
    until I select a puzzle to complete.

    Seems that a recent update broke that feature as I do recall being able to keep the table still with that view previously. Unfortunately until it gets fixed with a new update, there's not much that can be done to keep the table from moving. On my screen,
    it doesn't move the table too much, but the movement might depend on how much you are zoomed in on the screen.

    The MS games have their own
    support page    , but nothing has been posted about the table lock issue that I can see.
