    I'm having issues reopening it after I've opened it 4 times , the icon image disappears and it fails to open ...need to restart the console all the time to re-use it

    Anyone else have similar issues ( it's been reported it )

    Have you tried another browser ? I have just been there using Safari and MS Edge browsers.

    Can't access my account settings or family features on desktop

    Kindly try to open Incognito Browser(Chrome) or InPrivate Browser(MS Edge).

    Then try to access the link again and see if that will work.

    I would recommend trying another browser then and clearing your browser cache. I have just accessed the Enforcement page with both Safari & MS Edge growers.
