MS Complete Protection on xbox bundles

There was a rumor going around late last week of a Sunset OverDrive bundle. If MS were smart they'd skip that and go with a Halo bundle.

Also Sony is launching a Frozen bundle exclusive in Japan, I am very upset there is no Xbox One bundle.

I completely agree, these xbox one Kinect less bundle price are not good, I can buy a xbox one Kinect bundle for £380. Or a xbox one Kinect less bundle for £350, that is a terrible price difference, the xbox one Kinect less bundle should be at maximum £300.

If it's a bundle then no you can't return one part of the bundle

You have to return the whole thing

If it's a ms store purchase you have to contact ms store

If it's a gamestop etc you have to deal with the retailer

But bundles usually can't be unbundled

It depends. If you wanted to get QB. There is a bundle for that. And if you wanted to get that pro controller MS has. There is a bundle for that too. But you not into this. The next best choses is send it to MS. Because if you fix it yourself. You risk
of having your console banned from XBOX LIVE forever.

Yes you are not alone. I recommend reporting them to whatever consumer protection agency you have, I am from Sweden and have done so. This is extremely dishonest and despicable business practice from Xbox and MS.

They have no right to refund without the customers authorization like this after the transaction has been completed.
