MS billing me twice.

Discus and support MS billing me twice. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Sorry can't find the right section for this, so I'm posting it here, maybe someone can point me in the right direction, I purchased xbox live...     MS billing me twice.


    Sorry can't find the right section for this, so I'm posting it here, maybe someone can point me in the right direction, I purchased xbox live subscription on the 25th of January 2014, on the same day the payment went off of my credit card, and yesterday
    again another payment for the same amount went off on the 30th January, and when I go on my xbox live account it says my subscription will renew again the 25th of February, so I basically paid for 2 months, but I'm only getting one month?

    Unfortunately no one on the forums has access to your billing info.

    Phone/Chat support are the only ones who have so you would need to contact them again

    I was billed twice in 2 month for a 1 year Xbox Live Subscription and when I contact support they tell me that never happened but I am looking at my order history and it is right in front of me anyone care to explain this to me?
