MS account money issues

Hi everyone.

I tried to buy my son some v-bucks on the 29th but its not working!

My MS account only had a few pounds in so when I bought the bucks I was promoted to add cash. So I added £25 but since then my MS account is zero and the bucks are pending?

I can see the £25 went in but the account is at zero.

Any ideas?

Since here in the community we have no access to account/billing information, in this situation, the best option is to contact Support directly so they can help you look at what happened with the transaction, okay? Since you already checked that the £25 went in and that the V-Bucks are still pending, the next stop is having Support look into this situation.

Can we add more money into the MS account online and then it will all pull from that MS account?

Hello, so the whole full amount came from cc and not from MS account? Did it try to take any money from MS account?

You will have to whait a few weeks until Ms decides if your account it's electible for the service test.

The trial is a way to show you a service, which cost money. So, for MS it's money.
