Moving to a 3 console household from Nov 10, what options do we have around sharing content...

I believe it is in part done this way so say you do not go out and put 10 different friends with 10 different consoles in your family. (I know that is an exaggeration I believe there is actually a limit on how many people that you can have in your family).
Then it would allow 10 different people to share your games and subscriptions.

It was meant only to be shared with the same people in your household not people in your family. Most people may have 1-2 consoles in their household and use one as the main console and that one would be set as the home console.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you created a new Microsoft account, and you would like to transfer your saved data and content from one account to another. Each account has it's own saved progress, achievement progress,
content and licenses. There is not an option to move saved data or content and licenses from one Microsoft account to another. The Xbox One does have

the home console feature which allows a Microsoft account to share some of it's content and subscriptions, but it does not share saved data. We hope this information helps

You can do it from http://xbox.com/drm You'll need to do it for each gamertag.

When you purchase content it's tied to the gamertag that purchased it as well as the console it was purchased on. The console license is what allows all the profiles to have access to the content. The license transfer will move the console license to your
new console so you can share it again.

I'm happy to answer your questions to the best of my ability.

In terms of pulling content off of the console from either a Screenshot, Game DVR Clip and Achievement Art. There is no way to insert a USB drive into the console and "Backup the content". You can however upload the Screenshots and Game DVR clips to OneDrive.
From OneDrive, you'll be able to take that content and move it around to different devices such as a USB thumb drive. It sounds like the agent may have been confused on what you wanted to do exactly.

To clarify between Share and Upload. Upload will allow you to Upload the content to OneDrive where you can retrieve the content on a PC to use. You can do the same thing with Screenshots. Share is the option that will allow you to share the content directly
from the console to different locations like Twitter, Activity Feed and directly to another Xbox Live gamer. In the YouTube app, you'll also have the ability to upload a clip directly to a YouTube account, should you so choose. In your case you'll want to
use the Upload function and to OneDrive, this is the option that will upload and not share the content over Xbox Live for others to see.

As far as everything stored in the cloud. Yes, Achievements (including art attached to them) are stored in the cloud as long as you have space to do so. The console will let you know if you ever run out of space for that. There isn't a way to pull Achievement
art and upload it to OneDrive though like I mentioned you can do with Screenshots and Game DVR.

Xbox has removed file explorer from the console. What you can do is share the files you're trying to move to your Onedrive app on the console, then you can move them around from the Onedrive Cloud. You can still use custom images with the Media app as
background images.
