Moving content from my account used by child to newly created child account

can you transfer (points, achievements, etc.) from your account to your child's account?

So far my son has played on my account - I would like my to be "clean" and all (points, achievements, etc.) move to the newly created child's account.

Yes, I suspect it is something like this; somehow, the child in the party has been muted. I have created a party with only the child in it; the child is still muted in this case. I also tried creating the party from the parent's account and the working
child account and allowing the non-working child account to join those. In each case, the parent and newly added child mic works; the old child does not. This is all using the same controller and headset.

Had the same problem when trying to start a child account. I used an adult account that was created on another xbox and downloaded to the xbox where the child account was. The account had to be "promoted" on the new xbox (this can be done under Settings>Account).
After this it was an option when the "parental consent required" screen came up. Chose the newly promoted parent account, followed the steps, including entering a valid credit card again, and the child account was created successfully.

Some additional information:

- this is not a hardware problem. The microphone works fine on the parents account

- I created a new child account and gave it exactly the same permissions as the child account that does not work.

The microphone works fine on the newly created child account.

The party feedback showing that microphone works shows up for an instant when switching to the account that does not work.

I tried resetting all family settings for the account that does not work, but that did not make a difference.
