    Movies & TV App Uninstalled Itself


    I had recently gotten Season 1 of Dragon Ball Super for free via Game Pass Ultimate perks, and it said to use the Movies and TV app. Come to find out, it’s nowhere on my Xbox(Xbox One S All Digital). I go to reinstall it, it installed, i boot it up? Kicks me RIGHT back to the home menu. Why?!

    I believe what you are talking about is for games/apps..... this is content inside the Movie and TV app itself.... I.E individual tv episodes, trailers, movies, etc....

    I have use windows power shell, and command prompt. I also uninstalled the movies and tv app itself and it still is not working properly. It still gives me same error code 0x000005b4 within 5 seconds of starting up any movie that I have purchased within

    Problems watching new purchased movies and TV episodes

    I was able to fix this problem by uninstalling the Movies & TV app and reinstalling it. After the reinstall, the movies played correctly.

    Thanks for the updates, am just curious are you still unable to access your movies and TV archive? Try uninstalling the movie and TV app see if that helps.
