Movie rewards

Discus and support Movie rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I purchased 3 Xmen movies and was supposed to get 5000 credits for each movie.     I purchased 3 Xmen movies and was supposed to get 5000 credits for each movie. It has been 8 days and still no pending credits. Please advise.

    I think my reward account is reset properly. Can you please check and restore my reward points?

    Regarding the email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** , and subject :Why gamble(received on Jan 18 at 1:09 PM), I should have 5,000 reward because of $10 movie purchased. Could you please check as well?

    Also I would like to verify about Anime week reward. I already purchased one movie. If got it over $6 movie, am I qualified with 4000 reward?

    I had "Deadpool" in my possession before the event, do I get credits for the movie? There is a green hook in my missions.

    Gamerscore is not used for reward points. Reward points are earned through completing promotions on the reward website. With the exception of survey's, nearly all promotions involve purchasing qualifying games/tv shows/movie shows to earn rewards.

    Am not currently receiving Microsoft reward points for purchases in Microsoft Store nor am I getting credit in Punch Card for said purchases. How can this issue be resolved?

    Same here as well, unfortunately. I purchased 3 movies this month (all over $4) and have not received any reward points or recognition on the current Movies & TV punch card.
