    Movie rewards program


    I perchased 3 Xmen movies that are on a rewards program that is supposed to give 5000 credits per movie. I made the perchase on thanks giving day and have no credits or pending credits. Please advise.

    Did not receive credit for febuary movie promotion

    Since that was not a Rewards program offer, Rewards support would not be able to assist. You would want to post in the Movies/TV forum for assistance - Results in Music, Movies & TV - Microsoft Community

    Did you make the purchases from Microsoft Movies & TV? If not, then no points will be rewarded.

    The terms and conditions of the Gotta Get 'Em All Mission say the movies need to be purchased through the Microsoft Movies & TV App. So, my assumption is that they won't count. I would get some more information from official Rewards Support, though!

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forums. As long as you purchased the game on or after December 8 from microsoftstore.com, the credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the game ships. The
    movie ticket will be in the game's case.
