movie rewards / mixer achievement

Can you check the following:

1.I've bought two movies on januari 4 but in the rewardsprogression theres nothing showing.

2. can you check how much my time is i spent on mixerapp on xbox. I ve should already hit the first mixer achievement a long time but still nothing changed.

achievements not counting for the doctor rewards, also some of my stuff has not counted on movies

achievements not counting for the doctor rewards, also some of my stuff has not counted on movies and tv reward as well. It seems every month i have to post on here for the achievements, is there a problem with that part of the offers?

Never received November Quest reward

Hello,

I never received my November quest reward. I unlocked well over the required amount of achievement points, logged into Mixer more than 5 times (as required) and downloaded all games with gold that month.

What happened to the reward I was to receive?

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay in processing which resulted in your purchases not being calculated yet. You should see the progress shortly.

You only have two consecutive weeks of Mixer for the last two weeks of December (12/26 and 12/31) . Please note that a week for Mixer begins on Saturday and ends on Friday.

Unfortunately it didn't my friends who had received it all got a redeemable code sent to their xbox gamer tag messages. Mine was so long ago that I haven't found it though.

If I recall right it should show up in your armory automatically in Sea of thieves. Have you checked there?

Unfortunately, we have determined that the Mixer account attached to this Gamertag was not active at the time of the stream.

Since the account was not linked or activated even if you watched the stream it would not qualify your account for the rewards.

There will be plenty more MixPot's in the future and we hope that you are able to take advantage of them!
