    Movie rental problem


    Two days ago I rented a movie. And when it was about to download it says that "Can't get the license needed for playback please try and later". I've tried multiple times and it keeps saying the same thing. I've already paid for it and now I can't watch
    it.

    Dan, that's a very good point. I completely forgot about the free rewards. I know people are experiencing problems downloading those.

    Will give the router reset a go and see if the wife and I can watch the film tomorrow evening before the deadline kicks in.

    Problems Streaming Rental Movies?

    I had the same issue streaming a rental tonight but it started to work once I reset my router. Im guessing a lot of people are using the service with the free rewards this weekend.

    According to the sales from that site, that movie was not eligible for the promotion. The movie was part of a rental sale, but rentals are not part of the promotion. aka.ms/gamerflicks

    Hi, I had a similar problem. Seems my hard disk had a problem and caused the download to stop. I cannot restart the download, neither from history nor elsewhere. I can only buy the movie, but had it for rental. Could it be that it has been removed from movies
    for rental while I was downloading it? This would be really mean.
