Movie rental not showing up in Rewards

Rented Molly's Game last weekend and has not shown up in Rewards yet. It has been longer than 96 hours and was a HD rental, so was $4.99 or higher.

Xbox One doesn't find movie rented in SD on phone

I downloaded a movie rental to my phone last week in anticipation of my flight last night. The flight was too short to finish the film, so I changed it to streaming so I could pick up where I left off on my Xbox One. It does not appear in my Collection on
the Xbox, even though I have several hours on the rental. I understand that it will only be in SD, but why isn't it showing up at all? The only thing showing up on the Xbox is an expired rental from a long time ago!

Reward yourself not giving me the 6000 credits

So I spent $50 worth of games and $20 of movies and the 6000 credits are not showing up in my rewards please help.

We see that this purchase was awarded progress towards both Movie Marathon and Triple Feature. Please note that it takes us 96 hours to receive new activity, so your purchase on the 16th was not awarded until the 20th.

It appears that Movie poster showed up prematurely. It'll be available for Rental tomorrow.

According to the sales from that site, that movie was not eligible for the promotion. The movie was part of a rental sale, but rentals are not part of the promotion. aka.ms/gamerflicks

I cleared the cache but the movie is no longer there. It is expired and not showing anymore since it was a rental. Can you refund it to me? Also the speed test results from a laptop are 10.82 down and 1.39 up. I am watching The Grey with no issues so I am
sure it's not a matter of speed and that the issue probably lies with the particular movie itself.

Can you please check if both films are showing in your
purchase history and also if payment has been taken by Microsoft for them. If the films are showing in your purchase history or have been charged and you are not able to play the films then I would encourage you to contact the Xbox Support team by
using this link and when prompted either request a phone call from Xbox Support or Chat with Xbox Support.
