    1. When did the issue started?
    2. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games process?
    3. If it is missing, have you check that you purchased the version of the game that matches your gaming system here: Microsoft Account | Order History, or if you purchased a version or bundle which includes both the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S versions of the game.
    4. Is the device updated to the latest version and so with drivers?

    Batman Begins not included, i'm not asking for a refund, simply pointing out a mistake. I thought at first it was just my xbox but I believe it is a problem with Microsoft store, in orders it says I only received the Knight movies. I got myself a physical copy, this isn't much of a concern to me anymore. I recommend fixing this or changing the name of the product all together, calling it a trilogy is misleading, if your only selling two movies.
