    I know I have rented 5 movies 4 of which cost $4.99 & one that cost me $6.99 all of which comes to more than the $25 minimum for the mission and I have still not received anything for it. PLEASE HELP ME as this is the last day of the month. Thanks

    I have rented 4 movies that were $4.99 each & one that was $6.99 and was wondering why I didn't complete the mission because when you add them up they come to more than the $25 so what's wrong with this.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with our source for purchase data that resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. This issue was recently resolved and that information has started to come in. You should
    see your offer progress appropriately shortly. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, once we fully catch up to all the missing data, the offer should progress as expected. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience
