    Movie Code Never Received for Resident Evil Bio-hazard Deluxe


    Hello-

    I purchased the RESIDENT EVIL 7 bio hazard Deluxe Edition with the promo for the movie code. I purchased the game on May 7, 2017. I talked with Microsoft Support in May when I did not receive the code. I was told to contact Capcom
    which I did. The told me to check my messages on Xbox and I should receive a code within 14 days of purchase. I never received the code. I contacted Capcom again July, 6, 2017 and they told me I needed to contact Xbox Support. I contacted Xbox Support today
    and was told I needed to post on this forum about this issue. The only reason I bought the deluxe version was for the movie code.



    Can you please help with this issue.

    Purchased Resident Evil Game+Movie Deal - Deluxe Edition and never received movie code.

    I purchased the Resident Evil Game+Movie Deal - Deluxe Edition during the promotional sale at the beginning of may and never received a code through xbox live messaging for the Resident Evil The Final Chapter movie. The sales page says "

    Customers in the US and Canada who purchase this product between May 2nd, 2017 and May 16th, 2017 will receive a code for Resident Evil: The Final Chapter through their Xbox Live messaging center within 14 days of the purchase. The code can be redeemed at
    Microsoft Movies & TV Store. Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is rated R by the MPAA." and that never happened. So I was directed here from a costumer support line.

    on may 16, 2017 I bought a resident evil bundle that included the new resident evil movie as well but I never received a code for the movie and Xbox customer support told me to post here
