    Movement in Overwatch feeling stuck or stiff


    Okay this may be weird to ask here but last night I had been playing Overwatch but whenever the match begun and throughout the match I’d just stop moving or it’d slow down really quick. I wonder if it’s because my controller is playing up? As I had been holding the forward option whenever I’d be stuck in this stiff movement. That or I’d randomly slow down mid game despite my joystick being clearly pushed forward. I just wanted to see if anyone here knows whether blizzard have messed up again or if it’s my controller playing up

    It’s always best to check the actual console producers help service before hand just in case if the controller is having an issue

    Well I have a series s, and the movement issue that was specific to overwatch. That being a stiff, slow movement isn’t there.

    My console has been off and unplugged since 10pm last night so it’s a matter of checking how it is

    What exactly is your Xbox console model?

    Did you observe the same issue when you play your other games using your controller?

    For us to further isolate it, I suggest that you try to play other games where you have to keep on holding the forward button on your controller. If possible try to use a different controller as well in playing the game in question.

    On the other hand, make sure that your controller is up-to-date and fully charged. Power cycle your console to clear the system cache. Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.
