I have changed the account region.

It's the physical console and discs I am having problem with.

Doesn't microsoft provide some kind of service to exchange the console?

It does not make sense to buy a new one because I can't even sell this old one here in US.

This seems like a bully tactic for people like us who migrate to new country because of job change.

No err code is shown. Simply wont confirm credit card info. Im in a country not in the US, but keeps asking state. What to do? Cant purchase xbox gold no newly purchased game! Stuck!!@!!!
