moved appdata out of a folder in WpSystem, i need to put it back in.

Rename the root folder wpsystem to wpsystems

Go to that folder that was renamed, and rename it the original name.

Once complete, go back to the root folder wpsystems and rename to wpsystem.

Problem should be resolved.

Okay. Go back to the hard drive and go to the ''WpSystem'' folder, you should see a folder with random numbers, delete, restart and try downloading the games again.

If the problem persists, rename both folders and put ''.old'' at the end of each folder, for example, ''WindowsApps.old''.

If you messed with the SID, the long Charactor in the wpsystem folder, you'll need to figure that out. I think there is a cmd/ps command for that.

I have had this issue for some time as well. I have managed to get around the problem (eventually) using the following

Noticed that the XboxPcApp.exe was having a problem accessing <installdrive>:\WpSystem\S-1-5-21-2409270299-2109823427-3869901260-1001\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.GamingApp_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\GEH\POF.dat (Note: used Procmon - this is not reported anywhere)

The error message was File Not found.

Looking at the above folder I noticed that only the path up until \AC was present - No \GEH folder under this. I manually created this folder and restarted the installation but this again failed but further on.

I cancelled the install from the Xbox app, searched for the game again and selected install - is now installing.

May be due to Install folders being moved (C drive is not an ideal default if there is more than one drive present as this should be OS only if possible I believe as rapidly fills with game data). Moving the data seems to create a file redirect from C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\ackages\Microsoft.GamingApp_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC to the install directory - On both drives the GEH sub folder was missing.

<TL/DR>

Check if the "GEH" folder exists under "\WpSystem\S-1-5-21-2409270299-2109823427-3869901260-1001\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.GamingApp_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC" on your install drive. If not create and cancel / request the game.
