moved and i keep being taxed by xbox but not PSN or Steam

i moved to FL about 3 years now and i did not know that in order for me do stop being taxed i had to change my address and update all my xbox info but for PSN and Steam where i still have not done so im not being taxed and i have 3 years i was taxed on
xbox and let me say i do buy a lot only reason i found any of it out is bc i tryed to get a refund on a game that i did not but but bc it was more then 2 weeks ago they told me theres nothing i can do like really never ask for anything from xbox and it seems
like when i get them on the phone go to our support page to solve something that i cant find on there page and im told we will email u and i get nowhere with anyone im ranting and im so done why is this only xbox i have a problem with been a valued customer
for more than 10 years. my next step is to hit someone up on youtube to get my msg out there.

I had a similar problem with taxes when i moved from Arizona to Indiana. Almost lost hope on fixing it when suddenly I noticed it fixed itself. I know this isnt what you want to hear but if youve updated the information try waiting a bit and it should
right itself.

Billing runs off of the address listed on your Microsoft account. You simply need to update that information to be charged correctly. Xbox will not refund you the tax you payed over the years you did not update your address.

so if they use real dollar amounts you know it's subject to be taxed. if you don't believe use itunes to purchase something. simply put you can not tax the points.....20 basically again if something is 19.99 on psn you'll still need money to cover the taxes.....so
i say keep the NON-TAXED point system....just another method of payment.

On psn, when I buy the gift cards, they are tax free.... instead, I get taxed when I buy an item

Just signed up for it. Seems to be a stat site. Although it allows you to keep track of your Live, PSN, Xfire and Steam accounts
