    like the title states. i recently moved all of my digital games to an external HD and whenever i play them, i don't hear any game audio. is there any way to fix this problem?

    Xbox One game audio extremely low when on parry chat

    Ok so I know there are a few posts about how the game audio is low when in party chat, and everyone just says go to the audio settings and move the little bar more over to the game audio instead of parry chat audio. Well I've done that and I still can barley
    hear the games. I'm talking the audio is so low I can even hear gunfire in shooter games. I've already turned the volume up all the way in the game menu and on the audio menu where you can control to either hear the game more or the party chat I have the little
    bar moved all the way to the left and I still can't hear the game. Is there anyone who has had the issue and got it resolved?

    Beats Solo HD - Can you use for chat on Xbox One?

    I purchased the digital audio adaptor for the Xbox One and I am trying to use my Beats Solo HD for chat. When I hook them up, I can hear audio but I can't get the mic to work for chat. Is there a way to use the mic for chat?

    Hello Vash,

    Sorry for the issue with your audio on games. We recommend one of the games you are having an audio issue with, install it on the internal HD. Then unplug the external and try the game see if it still has audio issues. This will test to see if it the external
    HD or the Xbox.

    My backwards compatible game keeps crashing/freezing.

    I don't believe it's my external HD because all other games run fine and my L4D2 is there and it works fine now but it was a year or so ago where i fixed the issue i think i tried moving it to the interal and trying some stuff and now it works fine and
    it's on external but it could be that i had them on disc and they were pretty old so maybe there wasn't a way to wipe the problem both games had from the external because i have them both digital now so maybe i have to move my lost planet 2 to the internal
    HD then see if it wipes the problem by trying the previous step again

    Hello Helenic,

    Not a problem, I am more than happy to explain this to you. Once you get another external HD all you need to do is when signed in on your profile you will go to my games and apps (on home screen just go down one). Once there, you will go to ready to install
    this shows you all your digital games, you can then choose which games you want to install. You will choose where you want to install to internal or external HD. This is the easiest way to install them all again. As for disk games once you have the external
    HD just put the disk in and install to the external HD.

    I would try moving some games to an external HD and see if they run off of that.

    Since support isn't helping. Is anyone else with this issue using an external HD? Just as a test I'm moving all my games back to the internal and I'm going to disconnect my external to see if it still does it.
