Mouse sensitivity is randomly changes

Hi,

Xbox series x & Logitech 603

I can play without any problems until the mouse sensitivity/dpi randomly changes.

I don't click the button of change dpi

It’s just become faster sensitivity.

Try to unplug the usb, try to reset to default, Only when i turn off console for a few minutes its fix until the next time it’s randomly changes‍♂️

That's fine. Is it a Windows 10 or 11? Have you tried it on a different game? Does the sensitivity level work just fine when you're just doing normal stuff on your PC with your applications (not games)?

Try to troubleshoot your hardware & devices:
In the Start menu search bar, search for command prompt and select Run as administrator.
Type msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic and press Enter. This will open the Hardware and Devices window.
Click Advanced > Apply repairs automatically.
Select Next to start the troubleshooting process.

Please also the run the system file checker.

Don't forget to check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

Well what ar you doing in? Browsing the web or using in game ?

If ingame dpi is affected by performance

If you using a hub don't direct connection is best

And it’s something new.. i play a couple of months and it’s start last week.
