Mouse randomly changes in sensitivity

I have gone through 2 mice with this problem, one wired and one wireless. While I am playing various games or just working, my mouse will randomly change sensitivity, it could double or cut in half. Currently I have the sense turned all the way up and it is still moving very slowly. It is clean and not on a dirty surface. I originally though it was the mouse but after getting a new one this is not true. I don't know what to do could someone please help?

That's fine. Is it a Windows 10 or 11? Have you tried it on a different game? Does the sensitivity level work just fine when you're just doing normal stuff on your PC with your applications (not games)?

Try to troubleshoot your hardware & devices:
In the Start menu search bar, search for command prompt and select Run as administrator.
Type msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic and press Enter. This will open the Hardware and Devices window.
Click Advanced > Apply repairs automatically.
Select Next to start the troubleshooting process.

Don't forget to check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

Well what ar you doing in? Browsing the web or using in game ?

If ingame dpi is affected by performance

If you using a hub don't direct connection is best

What should i do to fix it ?

And it’s something new.. i play a couple of months and it’s start last week.
