Mouse moving on it's own during games

I keep seeing a bunch of people having this issue, but I can't find one similar to my case
For me, it spazzes out/rapidly clicks in the top right corner of my screen when I try to play a game like Genshin Impact or Century age of clashes. I've checked th drivers, turned my Bluetooth on and off, checked, and made sure I had plenty of storage, disabled certain things that could interfere with my mouse, restarted my computer multiple times but every time it doesn't want to work
i might get a new mouse to see if it'll help anything, but I've even tried the mousepad and it's the same issue, so I'm starting to think it's not the mouse that's the issue, but it may be something in my computer
And I'm on a Windows 11 gaming laptop

so how do i fix this.?

First check if windows 10 is up to date. Make sure your time and date are correct on your windows settings.

There is an "Optional Updates" button in the smallest print. Kindly check and perform the updates as well.

Make sure that this is turned on "Receive updates for other Microsoft products when you update Windows" under Advanced Options

Check for store updates: Start menu, select Microsoft Store > More > Downloads and updates > Get updates.

If Updating the system doesn't help, I'll suggest you run a scan to check for problems and repair them.

Press Windows + R, type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as administrator. Next type sfc /scannow in Command Prompt window, and press Enter to start to scan and repair corrupt system files in Windows 10.

Is your controller connected via a cable? Can you try to connect it wirelessly or try using a different controller and see if that helps?

I don't use a controller, I use a Bluetooth mouse and it's connected wirelessly

The Xbox One controller can not move the mouse, at least not on it's own. To move the mouse - or emulate the mouse - would require third party software. As for games, it depends on the game. While many PC games support the Xbox One controller from the
get go, some games need to be configured to use the controller.

It isn't problem with sensivity, but with strange moves. In the main menu, mouse moves are normal, but when i'm in the game, even when I very fast move my mouse, mouse moves are very slow and when I stop mouse, suddenly mouse moves ar very fast and moves
