Mouse in forza 4

It really depends on the game for me. For example, I wouldn't play Forza with a keyboard and mouse, but I could play most shooters with a keyboard and mouse, although it would feel weird at first. But when comes to games with inventory management, such
as Minecraft, for example, I simply refuse to use a controller.

Ok, so firstly you should be able to just plug in the mouse/keyboard USB and use it (if they are supported) you shouln't need an adapter to use mouse and keyboard on Xbox One since mouse and keyboard support has been added.

Secondly I'm not aware of black ops 4 supporting mouse and keyboard use on console, so if the developers have not enabled mouse and keyboard support on Xbox One, then using an adapter to be able to use your mouse and keyboard will be considered cheating.

How do you import from Forza 3 to Forza 4 to get the Forza Faithful Achievment in Forza 4 ?

Forza 4 seat? I've only seen the Forza 3 Playseat.

Try to update/install the drivers in compatibility mode.

Uninstall and update keyboard driver:
1. Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
2. Select Device Manager.
3. Expand Keyboard.
4. Right on the Keyboard driver and click on Uninstall.

Steps to Update the keyboard driver.
1. Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
2. Select Device Manager.
3. Expand Keyboard.
4. Right on the Keyboard driver and click on Update driver software.

Also, try to search for the drivers from Manufacturer's website and install them in the compatibility mode.
