    Eu tenho um mouse que quando conecto no xbox one fica falhando e quando conecto no Windows 10 fica normal não sei o que fazer

    Hello Joao,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I understand you are having issues using a mouse on your Xbox one. It may be possible that the mouse in question is not compatible with Xbox. Has it ever worked before? Do you have any other mouse to try out
    on the Xbox?

    Which game are you trying to play with a mouse on Xbox One?

    As far as I'm aware, a mouse can't be used on the dashboard etc.

    Currently only Minecraft (without the "Xbox One Edition" in the title) is playable with keyboard and mouse.

    All other games, including Fortnite do NOT work with Keyboard and Mouse on the Xbox One.

    If you want to play Fortnite with Keyboard and Mouse, you can do that on a regular Windows PC.

    Hi, very few games on the Xbox One support Keyboard and Mouse

    Minecraft Bedrock Edition supports both keyboard and mouse

    Games like PUBG, Fortnite only support keyboard for extra buttons
