Thanks for reaching out to us. The ability to use the mouse and keyboard with your Xbox One console is currently available for select individuals registered with the Insider Program over the next few weeks; however, it will be available for everyone soon
but a concrete date has yet to be announced. Please bear in mind that the games that will be able to use this feature are up to the game developers.

Eu tentei olhei as configurações e só tem os comando do teclado e mouse e controle mais nao tem como botar o teclado e mouse como player 2
