    I can't change my Roblox from Thumbstick to Keyboard

    Try to update/install the drivers in compatibility mode.

    Uninstall and update keyboard driver:
    1. Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
    2. Select Device Manager.
    3. Expand Keyboard.
    4. Right on the Keyboard driver and click on Uninstall.

    Steps to Update the keyboard driver.
    1. Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
    2. Select Device Manager.
    3. Expand Keyboard.
    4. Right on the Keyboard driver and click on Update driver software.

    Also, try to search for the drivers from Manufacturer's website and install them in the compatibility mode.

    1. Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
    2. Select Device Manager.
    3. Expand mouse.
    4. Right on the mouse driver and click on Uninstall.

    If you are using a gaming mouse or wireless mouse then it's best to use a basic mouse anything that requires customization isn't supported by any console

    It's NOT A pc

    If the Xbox One wireless controller works in Xbox but is not working with any Microsoft Store games, then it could point to the drivers in Device Manager.

    Go into Device Manager, from View tab Show Hidden Devices, find the Xbox controller, first choose Update Driver, then Automatic. If that doesn't find anything choose Update Driver > Browse > Let Me Pick to try any previous drivers which actually survive Version
    Updates in the queue there.

    If that fails uninstall the driver, restart PC to reinstall and try again.
