Why you say that? telling the mouse and keyboard is taking advantage you can say the Elite control is for advantage too. Only my point of view.

The game is Rainbow Six Siege and its obviously unfair in the game. It was also quite obvious the person was using it. That is only real competive game i play now.

It depends on the game, which you didn't specifically name, and what you technically classify as a third party device. A majority of keyboards, mice, and adaptors for them are pretty much considered third party. If the game doesn't support K&B and you
can report in-game do that, but taking it step a further and using the Xbox Live report system would also help in 'weeding' those people who may technically be cheating out. Be sure to also maybe make a comment or two about it on the official forums for the
game in question or at their support team or the game itself on a social media site like Twitter to help them directly get the message of the issue.

if the developers don't include support for M&K then they should have a system in place to report those who use adapters for M&K.

but if a game is being played competitively then the devs should really add in support for all control methods so that all players have the choice and those who play by the rules aren't put at a disadvantage.
