Mouse and keyboard disconnect

Hello

I've recently started playing WZ2 on Xbox Series S with mouse and keyboard and, randomly, during games and even in the menu both my mouse and keyboard somehow disconnect. The only way to make them work again is to even restart the console or the game, unplugging doesnt solve the problem. The only strange thing is that when it happens in game, they dont lose power, I just cant control them, for example with the mouse I can look around but the left click/right click doesnt work. I dont know if the problem is game related or console related. I would appreciate some help, its really annoying having to restart every other game

Yes... I have the same.

Mouse freeze, keyboard still working, but if I disconnect the mouse, keyboard and controller from USB and try to connect again, not works.

It seems that the game might be automatically defaulting to another HID, instead of the keyboard/mouse. Try to disconnect your graphics tablet and any other device that isn't your keyboard and mouse. Then, check if the game works correctly.

Already have Xbox insider hub. And thanks for the reply. So whats happening is i have my mouse and keyboard plugged in as normal the game loads up, and i cannot see my mouse, i can click start but it thinks im on controller. So if i unplug my controller,
it will say “controller disconnected” which should not happen as i have a keyboard and mouse so, if i go into s game i csn move around with bot keyboard and mouse, but if i click inventoryi cant see my mouse again. Basically if i plug it thinks im on controller
but the mouse is plugged in and i cant see the mouse at all.

If you haven't, please try the following.

When you switch profiles, and you see that the keyboard has stopped working, disconnect both the keyboard and mouse from the console, and plug them back in from the other account you don't own.
