Motorcycle Club Game Region Code Error

Hello,

I've tried to talk customer care online and talk with 'em. I've tried to turning it off and on again, delete profile and download again and reset xbox 360 then update then download/install again. Delete updates and update again They said esacaleted issue
to other team. I'm on the 'Turkey' region and bought the game xbox store. Thanks for your answer.

Not all games are available in all regions. That may be the issue.

Motorcycle Club digitally. Are you receiving this message on an Xbox One or Xbox 360?

If it is on the Xbox One, then I recommend that you
power cycle your console (disconnecting the power cable) and then attempt to launch the game again. This support article, Xbox One locales FAQ, also has
some good troubleshooting for regions issues as well.

Should the issue persist, and your profile has the same region listed as the game purchased, I would then recommend that you
request a call back from Xbox Support as we on the forums do not have the tools necessary to directly check into the matter.

Should you wish to request a refund for a purchase, fill
in the fields on the form and we’ll review your request promptly. Be sure to sign in to and submit your request from the account you used to make the purchase. You’ll need to provide the order number for each item. Order numbers can be found by signing in
to your Microsoft account.
