Most ugliest and horrible keyboard it sucks!!!��

The only current available options for customizing your on screen keyboard on your Xbox One console, at this time, is the 'keyboard & dictation' input language. This merely only changes what regional dialect/keyboard lay out shows up on screen whenever the
keyboard comes up. If there's a certain layout you are looking to use... that may be the only place you'll find it. For example, my input kb&d language is set as 'English (United States)' which would be the "QWERTY" layout.

You can find it in System - Language & Location - Input - Keyboard & dictation.

Is this an external keyboard you're using on your console? or the digital keyboard for the console? It's a little hard to decipher where exactly the problem is, apart from the fact that it's a keyboard.

If its the external keyboard, have you tried using a different one?

If the problem is the digital on screen keyboard, maybe attempt doing a power cycle on your console allowing it to clear the cache.
