Most recent software update won't load

Hi community. I'm trying to get a 2015 X-Box 360 to update to the latest software. The automatic update that it loaded doesn't include things like the Microsoft Store in the task bar. I've tried downloading the update to a flash drive and to a CD but when
I plug it in or put it in the tray it reads as blank even though I verified on the desktop computer where I loaded and/or burned the update that it exists. Is there anything that can be done. Can the update be set up as a self booting program? Been approaching
the problem from as many angles as I could think of but I'm really stumped.

Appreciate any suggestions.

a support article on our website that can assist you with this issue. The seventh step in the article explains how to roll back an update so you can install the latest one. We recommend trying out that step in particular. Be sure to let us know the results!

internet explorer is so old now that most sites do not support it and therefore it won't load anything, IE is now abandoned software and gets no updates, it is also insecure.

with bluetooth it works fine, just buy the most recent and updated and it won't give any problem

yeah this problem is still going on.. I'm trying to load up overwatch on the dashboard but it wont go into the game. It shows me tracer (the main picture) for about 20 seconds then sends me back to home screen.

I've got the same problem. FH3 also won't load for me. I think it's related to the most recent system update.
