    Hello, the problem I am going to describe has been present from day 1, but I realised about it quite late. The 1st game I downloaded on my Xbox SX was Gears 5 and it used to crash within 5 minutes. It used to crash to the dashboard with no error message. Then I started playing FIFA 21 (SX edition and Xbox One edition) and it worked without any issues. When FIFA 22 came out, I again downloaded both versions but this time, the Xbox One edition crashed. Then I slowly started playing more games and many of these NextGen games started to face the same issues. The following games then started crashing to the dashboard without showing any error message - Aliens Fireteam Elite, Back 4 Blood, Fortnite, Gears 5, Gears Tactics, FIFA 22 XBOX One edition and there was one Star Wars too.

    I have already contacted Xbox Customer Support on Call and on Messages on Twitter and tried every troubleshooting option including completely resetting my Xbox SX. However, nothing has worked and I have now kept my Xbox SX in my almirah.

    However, I still want to use it as I have been using Xbox since Xbox 360 came out and I also had Xbox One which unfortunately stopped working recently.

    Please inform me about a possible solution, I am disappointed about getting a faulty Xbox SX, I have researched this issue online and a lot of people have faced this issue. The only solution for them was to get their Xbox SX replaced.

    I apologize for the trouble but if you have already tried all the necessary steps this may mean that you may need to get the console repaired.

    To create an order you can sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices then add your console as a device using the serial number.

    Thank you for that. It seems like your console is no longer in warranty. This means that you will be paying for the out-of-warranty repair.

    It started crashing within 5 minutes of playing... But not it crashing right when you hit the A button to start the game when it shows the car driving in autumn then switches to winter

    My xbox one UI is absolutely ridiculous if I open up any app or open a profile or even a simple message it takes. More than 1 minute and sometimes it even crashes. Also when I click on the notifications tab it freezes my xbox and this last up to 3-5 minutes
    long I can no longer have patience with this so called "NextGen console" I'm sorry but I'm about to buy a PS4 if Microsoft doesn't do something about this
