    Mortal Kombat X wont Start


    I preordered MKX the other day and it fully installed. I waited until it was released last night and I went to start it but it just sits on the Mortal Kombat X screen and does nothing, when I close out of it, my console restarts. I called xbox they said
    to reinstall it. So I did and waited until this morning to try it again. Same problem... Please somebody help me so I can finally play my game.

    why does mortal kombat xl keep updating but nothing ever updates in the game

    mortal kombat x and that has changed to the mortal kombat XL screen

    i am not sure but it keeps updating on start screen but nothing ever updates is it a error ?

    Mortal Kombat X wont Start

    Did you pin it to your home screen? If so, pre-loading and pinning the game will cause what you describe to happen.

    Un-pin the game, then find the basic game in the Store (even if you bought the deluxe version find the basic version) and select PLAY (don't try pinning it again yet) and see if the game loads.
